Located in the historical centre of Siena, there are two apartment to choose from - each is updated with a complete European style. The apartments are completely furnished and offer a comfortable layout for those clients who can appreciate the convenience of the city center location.

Each apartment layout offers a living room, master bedroom and European style kitchen. Both units were completely restored in May 2010. Rosso combines a living/dinning room with separate dining table; a single person day bed in the master bedroom in addition to the double master bed and full wardrobe armoire, plus a small separate room equipped with a wardrobe closet, laundry machine and tumble dryer. Verde is slightly smaller offering the master bedroom and a living room, combined with European style kitchen. Each unit has full bath with walk-in shower.

Rates for Easter, Christmas, New Years and Palio Dates: Weekly Rosso € 1.100,00 / Verde € 900,00
Reservation Payments: 50% of the cost of each week; balance due 60 days prior to arrival date
Security Deposit: € 500,00
Check-in: Sat from 14.00 (2pm) to 17:00 (5pm) / Check-out: Sat 12.00 (12 noon)
