The apartment has 2 floors and overlooks Piazza del Campo with 4 large windows (2 on each floor). The first floor provides the kitchen, 1/2 bathroom and the large living and dining room. On the second floor there are the 3 bedrooms, plus 2 full baths, one with shower, the other jacuzzi tub and hand-held shower.

  Weekly € 1.600,00 ( Minimum stay 2 weeks )

Palio Dates: € 8,800 ( for up 6 persons )
This price includes: full use of the apartment for up to 7 night stay; the 4 windows in the apartment that overlook the campo square allow guests to view the historical parade and the Palio (and all trial races); plus tickets to a Contrada Dinner, a private Siena City tour, buffet service during the Palio.

Palio Day Only: € 6,800 ( for up to 20 persons )
This price includes: use of the apartment for the day of the Palio (July 2 or August 16), viewing of the historical parade and the Palio from the 4 windows that overlook the campo square, restrooms inside apartment, plus buffet service during the Palio. Entry is at 16:30 (4:30pm) on the day of the Palio.

Prices are Weekly Saturday to Saturday (Exceptions are granted in Low Season)
Reservation Payments: 50% of the cost of each week; balance due 60 days prior to arrival date
Security Deposit: € 500
Rental Check-in: 15.00 (3pm) / Check-out: 11.00 (11am)
