The Days of the Palio Ticket Package options are given below. Prices are per person, double occupancy, are with 3 nights (unless indicated otherwise), daily breakfast, Palio Tickets of your choice, plus Contrada banquet dinner and Siena city tour. Other ticket package options can include hotels outside of Siena (5 nights) or a selction of apartments located in Siena (for up to 7 nights). Can't imagine a thing you might have done differently; the "mix-up" was just that and not worth mentioning - you responded like a real pro.
