Day Tours - Booking Procedures

To make a reservation please complete the respective booking form.

In most cases our Day Tour options are guaranteed departures, however, to insure your reservation, we will confirm availability before we provide a pre-paid voucher. Be prepared to present the voucher at the tour Meeting Point or the designated ticket office. Your credit card will not be charged if we are unable to confirm your reservation.

Our offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays as well as important national holidays. If you do not receive our reply within three (3) working business days it should be assumed that we have an incorrect email address or your ISP/Server is somehow blocking our reply via a filter. SPECIAL NOTES:

While your Day Tour options may be the finer details of your visit to Italy, we advise to book as far in advance as is possible (we'd recommend at least 40 days, peak travel periods may require more advance time). You may wish to supply us with alternative dates/times in case your first preference is not possible. Please also leave us plenty of time to get the voucher to you before you leave for Italy.

If you are booking for several different venues then you'll be printing out one voucher for each location and need to surrender the voucher at the door. Please ensure that ALL of your vouchers print out correctly.

You must present yourself at the venue at the time specified on your booking voucher - admittance will not be granted at other times. For this reason, if you're planning on seeing, multiple locations on the same day, please be sure to leave at least a couple of hours between visits to allow for timely arrival.

Please also be prepared to show some ID - a valid Passport or Driving License (with photograph) are good options.
