Language Course with Food and Wine (Frosinone - Rome)
The Food and Wine Language program outside of Rome offers 10 hours of language classes with 7 nights of accommodation.

Your accommodations are provided by a charming hotel with a beautiful view in the city center of Frosinone (just south of Rome). The hotel offers a restaurant for meals and affords a splendid view of the city and the surrounding mountains. The hotel is also proud to offer a wide selection of wines from its charming and well stocked wine cellar. The hotel is a short walk (about 10 minutes) by foot from where the classes are conducted.
Day 1: Arrival - Orientation
Arrive to Rome and take a private transfer to your hotel accommodations. Time will be given to check in, and acquaint yourself to your home over the next few days. Settle in before a welcome lunch (or dinner) with the school staff of instructors. (D)
Day 2: Language Class - Wine Tasting
Morning breakfast and then your cultural week begins with the first of your morning language classes. Each class will last for 2 hours. In the afternoon the first of your excursions included to give you not only a taste for local wine, but also the opportunity to incorporate some of you initial knowledge of the language. Later return to your accommodations and the evening at your leisure. (B, W)
Day 3: Language Class - City Tour
Morning breakfast and then start the day with the morning language class (2 hours). In the afternoon a walk to the historical town center to visit an archeological museum, followed by an Italian tradition - the afternoon walk and then a stop for "aperitivo" (B)
Day 4: Language Class - Wine Enoteca
Breakfast and morning language secession (2 hours). The afternoon offers another excursion to a well known wine enoteca for a wine and cheese tasting - all of course conducted in Italian. (B, W)
Day 5: Language Classes + Cooking Class
Morning breakfast followed by 2 hours of class instruction. In the afternoon a chance to further employ your newly acquired language skills as you will have time for shopping, or visiting a local museum. In the evening more time to explore the language as you participate in a cooking class - featuring the best way to make real Italian Pizza! (B, D)
Day 6: Language Class
Morning breakfast to start the final day of language instruction (2 hours), followed by the Class Certificate presentations. The afternoon is yours to relax and enjoy the satisfaction of completing your week of cultural language experience. (B)
Day 7: Excursion - City Tour
Morning breakfast followed by an excursion to start the final day in Rome. A city tour of the eternal city, some free time in the afternoon, before dinner and return to your hotel. (B, D)
Day 8: Departure
Prepare for an early morning departure, but your options only increase as you can select a new city for your next two nights. You can stay in Rome to extend your visit, or if you venturing further north, take in the splendor of the renaissance city, Florence. Transportation options are available to these or other Italian cities and we can help select from several hotel options to complete your remaining stay in Italy. (B)

Base price includes accommodations for 7 nights, transfer from Rome to the hotel property (transfer from other cities can also be accommodated with additional cost), daily transportation needed for itinerary activities, entry fees as needed for program itinerary, plus meals and cultural activities as indicated.
