Day Tours - Terms & Conditions

By submitting the booking form you are accepting the following conditions:
1. I understand that the Company will be using the email address I supply on the form to send me confirmation and details of my reservation. I am responsible for supply a working and valid email address.
2. It is my responsibility to contact the Company within three working days of submitting the form should I have had no response by that time.
3. I understand the credit card provided will be used for tour charges or related entrance fees. Entrance fees may be charged by the Company or directly by the particular ticket office in Italy who will issue the entrance tickets for your reservation. In some instances I will be asked to pay the entrance fees directly once at the ticket office or site location as the case may be.
4. I understand and accept that the Company assumes no responsibility and are not liable in any way for any lack of service or access problems deriving from strikes or absence of personnel at any Italian State Museum. Furthermore, I understand that the relevant authorities may occasionally offer special promotions, free entrance periods and the like; should such offers coincide with any bookings made through this site then we regret that we are not able to obtain a refund on your behalf, neither is the Company obliged to offer any refund.

Payments: Payments can be made by credit card (VISA, M/C, AMEX) or by Euro bank transfer. Full payment is required to properly reserve your Day Tour.

Cancellations: Any Tickets or pre-paid entrance fees purchased for your repective Day Tour, cannot be refunded for any reason ("Tickets" include, train tickets, entrance tickets, special event tickets). Refunds for your Day Tour will be subject to the refund schedule found below.

IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE COMPANY IN WRITING OF YOUR INTENT TO CANCEL. Deposits and payments will follow the refund schedule below.

Prior to 45 days before Tour Date: Refund, less 50% of total cost, net of pre-paid entrance fees or Tickets;
    Less than 30 days before Tour Date: No refunds.

Our offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays as well as important national holidays. If you do not receive our reply within three (3) working business days it should be assumed that we have an incorrect email address or your ISP/Server is somehow blocking our reply via a filter. PALIOTOURS.COM is a registered domain name. It is used in the context of the World Wide Web and other marketing portals to promote and solicit travel services. The name is part of and registered with Atlantic Ventures USA, Inc., ("the Company"), a registered travel company and provider of travel related services. Atlantic Ventures USA, Inc. is registered as a Seller of Travel in the states of Florida, Registration No. ST-33263 and California Registration No.2087502-50, doing business as Palio Tours and paliotours.com.

General Conditions & Disclaimers: Confirmation and payment of any reservation constitutes acceptance of the financial agreements between the Company and the Customer and the provisions of this agreement are in effect. The Company is acting as a tour operator responsible for arranging reservations for the services as outlined in the website paliotours.com. All suppliers providing transportation, guided tours, and lodging for the Company are not associated with, nor are they employees of the Company. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss, whether to person or property, arising from, but not limited to, injury, accident, death, delay, alteration or inconvenience, by whatever cause, including airline scheduling, default, strike, terrorism, war, hostility, civil disturbance, quarantine, or resulting directly or indirectly from any other acts of nature. Under no circumstances is the Company to be construed as a Common Carrier under contract for safe carriage of the passenger or his/her baggage and personal belongings.
